For me, myself, and I, the main concern is not that they value babies upon supposed racial background but that the current unregulated adoption fees make it appear as if all these babies/children are for sale period. Children/babies, no matter the race, value should not be based upon supply and demand. Additionally, since racial classification is such an ambiguous term there are little guarantee that the childs/babies race is as classified. An example of this is that Native American babies have been placed up for adoption as Caucasian/white.
