A man broadcast a killing on Facebook. Is that Facebook’s fault?

Facebook is truly at fault for it’s inability to monitor Facebook Live videos. How many Facebook Live videos are broadcast live at any given moment for them not to be able to monitor them. In business security one person is required to monitor the video streams of several floors, elevators, stairways and exits at the same time. If Facebook really wanted to job done they could setup remote surveillance systems that employees could monitor from home all over the nation. I have kept my recommendation primarily for the USA since the problem appears national.
